Esther Emma Vaisman

Scientific biography: I am a Ph.D. student. My advisor is Prof. Batia Laufer. I have a B.Ed in teaching English as a Foreign Language (EFL) from Seminar HaKibbutzim College and an M.Ed in the same field from Oranim College. I am interested in researching the EFL acquisition among Israeli students, specifically vocabulary acquisition. In addition, I am interested in the phenomenon of EFL acquisition from exposure to English in out-of-school settings. I teach English for academic purposes at Haifa University.
