Scientific biography: I earned my bachelor’s degree (Haifa University) and then completed my MA studies in the same institution. In my MA thesis I examined how the play Hamlet by Shakespeare and the concept of “the world out of joint” could be approached from the perspective of some theories professed by Friedrich Nietzsche. My Ph.D. thesis focuses on another Shakespeare’s play, Troilus and Cressida. The dissertation examines historical and philosophical views that could be manifested in this “dark” and satirical play. In terms of teaching experience, I have taught Academic Writing A and B courses. I am also a high school teacher (I teach English, of course).

Fields of research & instruction (keywords): Renaissance Literature; Early Modern Literature; Shakespeare Studies; Nietzsche Studies.
